Developing, implementing and coordinating multi-agency responses and action plans
Our collective work is focused on saving lives, relieving suffering, protecting property, preventing further damage to the environment and preventing the impacts of an emergency getting worse to restore normality as quickly as possible.

Prepare, respond and recover
Warwickshire Resilience Forum (WRF) partners share responsibility to continually develop Warwickshire’s resilience in the face of emergency situations, with guidance and support from the agencies that make up WRF, which include lead government departments and agencies, local authorities, emergency services, health, utilities providers, communication providers and transport companies.
The agencies in WRF’s multi-agency response framework work together to respond to emergencies when a combined multi-agency co-ordination would result in a more effective and efficient outcome. Any one of the partner agencies can activate the multi-agency response arrangements, where there is a requirement for additional capacity beyond their own resources.
